I went to the city yesterday, walked to the village with a couple of my best friends… and I realized that there were 50% more hipsters than the last time I visited NY in November. Every other person that was 17 - 25 was wearing a stupid entourage with whacked out patterns and dumb pants. All the kids that used to dress hardcore, with plugs in there ears, are the very same people that dress like dirty hipsters. My Opinion? Even if what they’re wearing makes them stand out (as a group), it doesn’t mean shit. I bet they wouldn’t have stepped a foot outside their house looking like that if their friends weren’t wearing the same ridiculous outfits. Most are just a followers of trend… -_- Be yourself, have your own individual style… don’t blend.
